The vineyard of Auxerrois consists of several small vineyards. Auxerre, Irancy,  Saint-Bris, Bleigny-le-Carreau, Champs-sur-Yonne, Chitry, Coulanges-la-Vineuse, Cravant, Escolives, Héry, Irancy, Jussy, Massangis, Migé, Nitry, Quenne, Sacy, Vaux, Bazarnes, Accolay et Venoy
The standing vines are the traditional vines of Bourgogne. Bourgogne Coulanges, Chitry, Irancy et Bourgogne Côtes d’Auxerre.


The vineyard of Chitry : Chitry is situated on the verge of the vineyard auxerrois and of the chablisien vineyard.

We find Bourgogne Chitry blanc : Wine in the aromas of fruits and flowers.
Le Bourgogne Chitry rouge : Wine in the scents of red fruits.
Le Bourgogne aligoté : Cheerful and fresh wine.

The vineyard of Côtes d’Auxerre : It's the naming of production of the municipalities Saint-Bris, Vaux and Auxerre.

Le Crémant de Bourgogne : Sparkling wine, exists since 1970.

The vineyard of Coulanges la Vineuse : The vineyard Coulangeois includes the village of Coulanges la Vineuse, Jussy, Escolives Sainte Camille et Migé. Classified A.O.C. , the vineyard extends over 135 ha.

Le Bourgogne Rouge Coulanges la Vineuse : It's a fruity and light wine.
